Or is it? Sometimes it's also your life experience, your hobbies, your personal projects and your mentors, your passion and your work ethic. Creative ideas do not happen in a vaccuum. I've interviewed close to a hundred junior and senior candidates in my years as a creative director and I've learned that potential is worth more in my books than past accomplishments. Technology is changing so fast that someone who is authentically creative and adapatable is the one who will come up with that next big idea. We are all going forward together, am I right?
